NOTIFY attaches particular importance to the respect of privacy and your personal data.
NOTIFY collects your title, your first and last name, your email address, your date of birth and your telephone number. This data is provided on a voluntary basis, when you complete the form in order to benefit from the commercial offer of one of Notify’s partner brands. This information is collected for the sole purpose of informing you of commercial offers from Notify’s partner brands.
The information collected is subject to computer processing intended mainly to enable Internet users to benefit from the commercial offers of NOTIFY’s partners, to determine their preferences and to perform statistical and historical analyses. The raw personal data that you provide is intended for Notify and the Notify company’s partner brands. The results of processing, in particular analytical processing, may be communicated to third party partners of the Notify company.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 amended in 2004, the persons concerned have the right to access and rectify any information concerning them. To exercise such a right, the following address is made available: privacy@notify-group.com.
Internet users may also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him/her.

Definition

Disabling and deletion of cookies
All web browsers allow you to limit cookie behavior or disable cookies in your browser settings or options. The steps to follow are different for each browser, you can find instructions in the “Help” menu of your respective browser or at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Through your browser, you can also view the cookies present on your computer, and delete them one by one or all at once.

How do I disable cookies?
Google Chrome
Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar
Select Settings
Click ‘Show advanced settings’
In the “Privacy” section, click the ‘Content settings’ button
To enable cookies in the “Cookies” section, pick ‘Allow local data to be set’, this will enable both first-party and third-party cookies. To allow only first-party cookies pick ‘Block all third-party cookies without exception’
To disable cookies, in the “Cookies” section, pick ‘Block sites from setting any data’

OPT-OUT
You can opt out of the data collection program using Notify’s tracking tools (such as Cookies).
Once you have opted out, Notify will not collect or process any of your Data.
An Opt-Out Cookie is installed on the browser(s) used to exercise the Opt-Out.
The Opt-Out Cookie must be installed individually on each computer and each browser you use.
If Cookies are deleted, or if browsers are changed/updated with Cookies deleted, the Opt-Out must be reinstalled.
